Hours: 

  • Full-Time

  • 8-hour shift

  • Monday to Friday

  • Weekends as needed - Overtime


Qualifications:

  • Must be able to pass a drug and background check. 

  • Valid Driver's License. 

  • 1-2 years of Sales Experience.

  • Proven experience in electrical sales or a similar role.

  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical products, systems, and applications.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software - Service Titan experience preferred but not required.

Summary:

TrustPoint Electric is seeking a dynamic and motivated Electrical Sales Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical products and systems, coupled with excellent sales skills to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate electrical solutions.  

2. Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the electrical market segment.  

3. Product Knowledge: 

Stay updated with the latest electrical products, technologies, and industry trends to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.  

4. Quotation and Proposals: 

Prepare and present product quotations and proposals to customers, ensuring competitive pricing and value-added solutions.  

5. Order Management: 

Manage the entire sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely communication.  

6. Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitors' activities, and industry challenges to adapt sales strategies accordingly.  

7. Collaboration: 

Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales efforts and enhance customer experience.
